If any delay occurs due to the client's side — including but not limited to delayed communication, incomplete information, lack of approvals, or late submission of required materials — no refund will be issued.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are required to provide all necessary information, content, credentials, and approvals in a complete and verified manner at once to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after project initiation.
  • Delays caused by client-side dependencies.
  • Partial work already completed and delivered.
  • Services where progress has already been made as per the agreed scope.

5. Final Decision
