If any delay occurs due to the client's side — including but not limited to delayed communication, incomplete information, lack of approvals, or late submission of required materials — no refund will be issued.
Clients are required to provide all necessary information, content, credentials, and approvals in a complete and verified manner at once to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
All refund decisions are subject to evaluation by TruDigitals, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility based on the specific circumstances of each project.
